What Magic Math Sparkies is

Magic Math Sparkies is a math learning service for Singapore primary school students (Primary 1 to Primary 6). It is operated by Magic Sparkies Education Pte Ltd (Singapore ACRA registration in progress). The service is provided on a subscription basis with a 7-day free trial.

AI in the service

Part of this service uses AI. When your child's answer is not a clear match for the expected one, AI reads what they wrote and returns the marking and a follow-up question. A clearly correct answer is marked on the spot, on the device, without an AI call. Lessons and worksheets are not written by AI at the moment your child opens them: they are prepared and checked in advance.

AI can make mistakes. Marking and feedback are a teaching aid, not a formal assessment of your child's ability, and they do not replace a teacher or your child's school assessments. If a mark looks wrong to you, tell us at [email protected] and we will look at it.

Account + trial

One free trial per parent lifetime. The 7-day trial does not require a credit card: nothing is asked for and nothing is charged while it runs. When you choose a plan and enter a card, the card is saved and the first payment is taken on the day the trial ends. Choosing a plan before the trial ends does not shorten it and does not bring the first payment forward. If the trial has already ended, the first payment is taken when you enter the card. Cancel anytime from the parent dashboard, and cancelling before the trial ends means no payment is taken at all.

Cancellation + refunds

Cancel anytime from the parent dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves the time you have already paid for untouched. On a monthly plan you keep full access to the end of that month; on an annual plan you keep full access to the end of that year. Payments already made are not refunded, on either plan, and that is the same at your first payment and at every renewal. Nothing here removes a right you have under Singapore consumer protection law (CPFTA).

Acceptable use

Magic Math Sparkies is for personal, non-commercial educational use by your child. Do not share account credentials, scrape content, or attempt to bypass the trial limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
