One plan for the whole family

One account, one dashboard and one payment, however many children are learning. Each child has their own companion, their own progress and their own level.

Four or more children? Our plans cover up to three. Ask for a custom plan and our team will prepare one for your family.

Every plan can be paid monthly or yearly. A yearly plan costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free compared with paying monthly.

We may adjust this price as we learn what families need, and we will always tell you before any change reaches your account.

How do the 7 free days work?

Your child gets the full app for 7 days, free, and no card is needed to start.

When you are ready to continue, choose a plan and enter your card. Choosing a plan early never shortens your free days: the first payment is taken on the day your 7 free days end, and the payment page shows the amount before you confirm.

We email you on day 3, day 6 and day 7, so you always know where you stand. If you decide not to continue, there is nothing to cancel: no card was taken, so nothing is charged.

After the first payment, your plan renews each month or each year until you cancel. The 7 free days are offered once per parent account.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Yes, at any time, from your own dashboard.

Cancelling. Cancel any time and keep everything until the end of the time you paid for: to the end of the month on a monthly plan, or to the end of the year on a yearly plan. Cancel during your free days and nothing is charged at all. The full terms are in our cancellation policy.

Changing plan. Move to the plan that fits as your family grows, or switch from monthly to yearly, from the same screen. The screen shows the new amount before anything changes. If a change would leave a child without a place, our team arranges it with you so that no child loses their progress. A yearly plan runs for the full year it covers.

Adding a child. Add a child at any time. If your plan is full, the dashboard shows the next plan up and its amount, and nothing changes until you confirm. When a child moves past Primary 2, the dashboard finds the lowest price for your whole family: one plan for everyone, or Sparkies One for the older child while a younger child keeps Sparkies Mini.

Receipts, card details and your billing address are managed in our payment provider's secure billing portal, which opens from your dashboard.

What happens to my child's work if you stop?

It is kept safe. Stopping a plan never deletes your child's work.

Until the end of the time you paid for, everything carries on as normal: every worksheet, every badge, every reward and their companion.

After that, the account is kept so that your child can pick up exactly where they left off. If a plan ever started, even one cancelled during the free days before any payment, we keep it for 12 months from the day you stop. If you only used the free days and never entered card details, we keep it for 90 days after they end, and we email you a week before that window closes. When a window ends, the account is deleted in full.

Your data is always yours. In Parent Mode, under Settings, Download my data gives you one file with your account, your consent record and every child's progress, worksheets, badges and rewards, straight away.

The same screen lets you delete your account. It shows what is removed and what is kept before you confirm, then removes your account and every child on it straight away. Deletion is permanent, so download a copy first if you want one. Payment records are kept as Singapore tax law requires.

Why is it a subscription?

Because the help your child gets when they slip is written for them by our AI, at the moment they need it.

When your child writes a wrong answer, our AI reads what they wrote and works out where their thinking slipped. It then asks them a question back, so they find the answer themselves instead of being handed it.

From Primary 3 up, when the same idea keeps tripping them up, our AI writes them a new way to explain it.

Our lessons and worksheets are built and checked in advance. The help our AI writes cannot be, because it answers what your child has just done. A monthly plan pays for that live help, and for an app that keeps getting better.

Every week you also receive a short note about each child: what they did, what went well, and anything worth a look.
